About Us
House Fish Balloon was born in 2018 when classmates Blake and Michael decided to make what was just a kitchen table hobby their full time careers. Four years of designing and industry study later, the first fruits of their labor, 1961: A Cold War Card Game, was born. In addition to making board games, House Fish Balloon now looks to help other designers, publishers, and hobbyists take their first steps and avoid the common pitfalls that they encountered along the way.
